DIY Spectroscopy
Spectroscopy is the measurement of light, and it is used in laboratories across the world. Our booth will present an easy DIY spectroscopy project that can be used by people of all ages for citizen science in the Lake Erie watershed.
Adam Smith
Adam W. Smith is a chemistry professor at the University of Akron. His research focuses on microscopy and spectroscopy methods to measure protein interactions in cells. He also develops spectroscopy equipment for outreach and teaching.
